Training Plans 1-2-1
Monthly training plans are periodised, progressive and structured. Tailored to each person they are based on an individual's lifestyle, goals, past training and time available.
You receive a personal 'living and breathing' plan. This means that your coaching partner Evolution Coaching will monitor the schedule based on your feedback and lifestyle. For instance if you are sick or go on holiday in the middle of the monthly schedule Evo will change it to make sure you are still following the correct focus for every session on every day. Your coach is available to answer questions relating to your training plan.
